What We Do
Assist Child Protective Services caseworkers in meeting the needs of abused and neglected children.
We assist Texas Department of Family and Protective Service caseworkers by stocking an in-house supply center, The Beaumont Rainbow Room. This room has supplies for newborns thru teenagers…pack-n-plays, car seats, diapers, baby wipes, blankets, clothes, hygiene supplies, cleaning supplies, etc. We provide support for various events for children in CPS care or foster care. We also have caseworker appreciation events during the year.
Who We Are
An all-volunteer 501(c)(3) non-profit board
Our board members are our volunteers. We purchase and stock supplies for the Rainbow Room on a daily basis. We provide support for events: the Prom for foster children, the Christmas party for children in CPS care, Christmas gifts for children in care, and caseworker appreciation events.
How We Can Do This
With the monetary and material support of local individuals, businesses, churches, and groups. We appreciate the generosity of Southeast Texas!

The Beaumont Rainbow Room
Is an all-volunteer 501 C-3 non-profit organization. The Beaumont Rainbow Room is an in-house emergency supply center located within the Jefferson County Dept. of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) offices, used for the benefit of abused and neglected children in our community. This very valuable resource aids the whole spectrum of families of all colors, heritages, and races who are served by DFPS.
Making a Difference
Free of any overhead or administrative costs, and with ongoing donations from our community, we are able to purchase new items to keep our room stocked for use by our caseworkers for the children in crisis. The most basic needs of a child or family that find themselves in crisis are often unavailable.
With the introduction of our Beaumont Rainbow Room some 25 years ago, our ability to assist with the basic needs of the children in Jefferson County who experience any abuse and neglect became a reality.
